Although the organization has accomplished remarkable success throughout its history, the fact is that during recent time the organization's performance has been suffering from different ends (Bizcovering, 2009). The crises that started during the turn of this century have not yet been resolved as the organization is consistently losing its market share. Although, there could be different reasons behind the weak performance of the organization that include lack of new product development, supply chain issue and lack of differential advantage, most of the experts are of the opinion that fundamental reason that could be attributed to the firm's sloppy performance could be its human resources (Marks & Spencer, 2010). This could be judged from the alarming rate of employee turnover that have once touched 18.4% (GourmetRetailer, 2009). The writer believe that if the organization could chalk out is HR policies and strategies according to the guidelines presented by Inyang (2010), the firm could get a strategic edge over its competitors and could accomplish its long-term goals and objectives effectively and efficiently.
